1. Associate Director – Corporate Finance and Syndications,
Investment Banking

MBAs / CAs with 8-10 years experience in Corporate Banking /
Corporate Finance. The candidate would have the capability to
structure solutions for complex debt capital raising requirements
either bilaterally or by playing a lead role in loan syndications and
fixed income instruments.
2. Associate Director – Real Estate
Dubai
Banking
MBAs / CAs with 8-10 years relevant experience. The candidate would
have strong corporate portfolio management experience, would have the
ability to independently handle regular debt transactions (bilateral
and syndicated) from start to finish, negotiate legal documentation
when and where required, have good credit proposal writing skills
with a thorough understanding of credit.
