Director HR (for European Region)
Educational Qualification: MBA -HR From a Premier B-School only.
Total experience: 12 - 16 years
Job Location: Europe
The incumbent will be responsible for HR for all of Europe including Eastern Europe. Will be Head of Centers in European Region, Heads of HR in corporate as well as BUs in other regions.
The incumbent Must be working as Vice President HR / Director HR in a leading MNC for at least 1- 2 years.
Must have at least 5-7 years of experience in Europe and having multi-country exposure.
Proven experience of managing HR in a similar scale and complexity.
Must have Experience in Managing employee engagement, performance mgmt, C&B, Career & succession planning, L&D.
Must have experience in regulatory compliance & interaction of works-councils/ employee councils etc.
Experience in Business Partnership to drive strategic business goals.
Experience in driving HR automation (preferably SAP).
Ability to work in a Global environment, with multiple nationalities and cultures, and in different time zones.
Ability to work in a matrixes organisation
Willingness to travel 7-8 days in a month
Some experience of M&A is (preferable)
Excellent Communication skills
Mature and have good sense of humor
Stable career
