SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This individual will report to the Vice President of the Respective
Region and will have ultimate responsibility for driving new
business for iGATE They will develop new accounts with an emphasis
on financial services, banking and insurance companies working as a
part of a team focused on the Eastern territory which includes all
states in the eastern time zone. More specifically, the Business
Development Manager will be expected to:

• Identify, qualify and close Technology and BPO service engagements
with leading banking, financial services and Insurance firms.

• Achieve a personal quota which will be established when the
successful candidate joins iGATE.

• Increase iGATE's brand awareness in the marketplace by leveraging
and developing relationships at the "C" and Sr. VP levels of leading
financial services, banking and insurance, Manufacturing and Retail
organizations.

EXPERIENCE:

This individual will be a senior level sales executive with
experience in consultative selling and must possess a strong track
record of exceeding quotas with a focus on selling to financial
services and insurance industry accounts. More specifically, the
Business Development Manager will possess the following experiences:

• 7+ years of overall experience work experience.

• 5 + years experience in "solution sales", preferably focused on
selling Technology or BPO services to senior level business
executives.

• Strong experience building relationships with and selling to
senior level executives.

• Deep subject matter expertise.

• Experience driving a sales and client services delivery process
with a firm that utilizes a global outsourced delivery model – a
high-level of comfort offering offshore as well as on- shore
solutions.

TRAVEL:

• There will be approximately 25% travel associated with this

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree from top tier school; preferably in Business,
Marketing, MIS or other relevant discipline.
