Report to(title) Head Asia

Location : Singapore (FOR 2 yrs min)
Then will be transferred to
CORPORATE OFFICE in Mumbai.



Prime function of role:
To deliver accurate and timely profitable analysis on the profitability analysis on performance of the Company’s products Asia SBUs, by country, market, and technology. Bring this information into the marketing team decision making process, helping marketing and business leads understand performance drivers and improve their strategic. Work with them to develop and confirm superior customer value propositions.


Accountabilities:

Accountable for delivery of customer by product SBU profitability, using the data
Warehouse as the basic information platform.[N. B core process of loading data into
The DW and reconciling at divisional level will be performed by regional finance Team]

Working from the base data set above, develop performance monitoring tools that bring clarity and insight to performance drivers within key SBUs and in monitoring delivery of key innovation thrusts and other strategic priorities.
Key role in monitoring margin development of the business, understanding impact of raw material cost movements and playing influential part in overall pricing policy and decision.
Excepted to contribute broadly to marketing approach and strategy and be influential voice within the business teams.
Work with global colleagues to develop and improve financial analyst tools techniques in support of marketing efforts.

Qualification, knowledge & Experience
· CA/MBA -Accounting qualification with minimum 5 yrs experience, demonstrating success in a business oriented analytical role
· Strong finance IT skills advanced use of analytical tools e.g. pivot tables, ms access
· Excellent communication and skills particularly with non finance business managers and marketers.
· Strong interest in and understanding of driver for business success.
